We foster innovation through building the workforce of the future and developing Community Tech Hubs in the communities that need them most.

TECH DRIVEN. COMMUNITY FOCUSED.
COMMUNITIES REIMAGINED.

Nomadd is a STEM.org Accredited Educational Technology (EdTech) and Community Development social enterprise. We focus on eradicating barriers to economic development in low income and marginalized communities in preparation for industrial revolution 4.0 or Industry 4.0.

We help to transform  communities through implementing our S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Accelerator  “Project C.A.S.P.E.R” in underinvested communities. C.A.S.P.E.R is an acronym for Communities Accelerating S.T.E.M Programs for Economic Recovery.

Project C.A.S.P.E.R is a suite of services and programs where we partner with communities to reform education through creating S.T.E.M focused communities which consist of developing tech talent through various programs and building Community Tech Hubs for economic development.

RAPID DIGITIZATION AND AUTOMATION OF THE U.S ECONOMY IS WIDENING THE RACIAL WEALTH AND TECH GAP AND WILL DISQUALIFY BLACKS FROM 86% OF JOBS IN THE US BY YEAR 2045.

COMMUNITY TECH HUBS

Tech hubs, also known as technology or innovation hubs, are geographic areas distinguished by a robust presence of technology-driven innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration between public and private entities.

The hubs consist of a high concentration of tech companies, startups, research institutions, and skilled talent and create a supportive infrastructure for tech-based initiatives for Industry 4.0. Hubs generate economic growth by creating jobs, attracting investments, and bolstering property values.

WHAT IS INDUSTRY 4.O?

The Fourth Industrial Revolution, often referred to as Industry 4.0, represents a new era of technological advancements that integrate digital, physical, and biological systems. It builds upon the foundation of the previous industrial revolutions, incorporating technologies like artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, robotics, and advanced automation.

The term “Industry 4.0” was coined to describe the ongoing transformation of traditional manufacturing and industrial processes. This revolution is essential to advance Innovation and Productivity, Cost Efficiency, Quality and Precision, Global Supply Chains, Job Creation and Workforce Development, and National and Global Economic Growth for the United States whom is decades behind China and losing it’s edge in the tech positioning.

How Nomadd works :

Our focus is to partner with public leaders, communities, state agencies and tech companies to create tech driven communities to advance global competitiveness across several high focus regions in the U.S.

1. Community Assessment

Transformation starts with assessing the communities we look to have an impact in. The scope of the community needs assessment will consist of a deep dive and discovery and feasibility within the community. We work to understand the demographics, community assets, foster relationships and see what systemic challenges and barriers we need to overcome.

2. Program Design

We don’t operate with a one-size fits all solution. We tailor our programs and services to fit the needs of the community. We design programs for optimal and lasting impact on the community, but they start as pilots and evolve to create and increase economic development. Our focus is helping members launch careers in the S.T.E.M industries and build their own tech companies.

3. Community Development

The community development begins once the pilot programs are implemented. We build the programs with the “assets” of the community in mind and with the buy-in of community stakeholders. These stakeholders include educators, public leaders, local businesses, with the community members at the epicenter of it all. We track data on the growth of the communities we serve.

4. Transformation

Community transformation takes many forms and we make sure that all stakeholders understand that is not done overnight. Nomadd works with a host of partners to help participants get hired from leading STEM based companies, and make sure that the talent pipelines we create is being nurtured and retained. For those that are building new tech companies and going the entrepreneur route, they are provided life-time mentorship, access to technology and other resources.
